The first major review of the Aberdeen Homelessness Strategy has begun.
Interventions Focus Group (e.g. Health, Support, Advice, Employability, Mediation)
This focus group is looking at issues surrounding:-
- referrals and information sharing, education and training, provision of advice and information, and advocacy;
- counselling (income maximization, debt, drugs, domestic violence), mediation, tenancy sustainment, action to avert homelessness, practical support, the role of the private sector;
- support and care and health services.
The group will be meeting on
- 9 July 2008
- 15 July 2008
- 6 August 2008
- 20 August 2008
Colleagues with relevant knowledge and information will be invited to attend to discuss issues with the Group.
