Strategy - our overriding aim - partnership working
We will endeavour to form effective partnerships to enable joint working across all agencies in the City and all the Services within the Council by pooling resources, expertise and energy to meet all the needs of those at risk or homeless in the City. The vehicle to ensure this joined-up service delivery will be the Aberdeen Homelessness Network.
The key actions identified are:-
- Broadening the links established in preparing the Strategy into the Aberdeen Homelessness Network;
- Working jointly with our neighbouring Councils.
