Lunch club (updated 21 July 2008)

The next practitioners' forum (lovingly known as the Lunch Club) will take place on Tuesday 16 September 2008. The talk will be about the Health and homelessness directory and will be given by ACVO.

Homeless Persons (Provision of Non-permanent accommodation) (Scotland) Regulations(links to Scottish Government site)

This consultation seeks views on proposed new Regulations made under section 32A of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 and guidance required to support these. They deal with the circumstances in which accommodation which is not permanent may be provided for unintentionally homeless households in priority need.
