Background
The lunch club provides opportunities for front line staff from service providers to get together, exchange ideas and discuss problems.
It is specifically for front line staff (not managers) who might not otherwise have the chance to network and share ideas. Facilitated by the Council, guest speakers are usually invited to talk (on an informal basis) on issues which have been identified as being of interest. If we identify subjects which require formal training across a number of agencies, this which can then be organized on behalf of the Aberdeen Homelessness Network.
Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of every odd numbered month from about 12.30-13.45 p.m.
