Homelessness law in Scotland is enshrined in four Acts. These are supplemented by various Orders, and the Code of Guidance.

Consultations
Homeless Persons (Provision of Non-permanent accommodation) (Scotland) Regulations (new 23 June 2008) (links to Scottish Government site)
The Scottish Government is currenltly consulting on proposed Regulations and guidance dealing with the circumstances in which accommodation which is not permanent may be provided for unintentionally homeless households in priority need.
