Community Services (Social Work) Commissioning Board
The Community Services (Social Work) Commissioning Board, known as the Commissioning Board, replaced the former Implementation Group. Attendance at the Commissioning Board includes Councillors, Council Officers, and representatives from NHS Grampian.
The functions of the Commissioning Board with regard to the Homelessness Strategy are to:-
- give political support to developments,
- annually receive a report on the strategy and action plans;
- annually determine priorities;
- approve projects and initiatives and specifications to address priorities;
- receive monitoring information and reports on initiatives.
