Structures
The Aberdeen Homelessness Strategy is overseen by the Community Services (Social Work) Commissioning Board and is advised by the Homelessness Strategy Advisory Group. An Officer Group, comprising managers and operational staff from both the Homelessness Service and Strategic Leadership, sits between these bodies and acts as the conduit for communications. On a day to day basis, the Strategy is overseen by the Homelessness Strategy Officer.
